Terms of Service

Last updated: May 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Road Risk Analytics website, client portal, and related auditing services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

The Auditor’s Wall

RoadRisk Analytics (RRA) is a technical auditing firm. RRA does not provide driver training, instruction, or education. Our services are strictly limited to the measurement and verification of existing driver competence.

RRA Free Tier

Users on the RRA Free Tier acknowledge that access to the platform is provided at no initial cost to facilitate risk awareness. All services rendered (Audits, MVRs, BGCs) under the Free Tier are billed at standard Retail Rates. Usage of the Free Tier constitutes full agreement to RRA’s Standard of Care and Audit Protocols.

Entrustment Responsibility & Exoneration

The final decision to entrust a vehicle to any individual rests solely with the Client. RRA provides technical data and audit scores to inform that decision, but RRA assumes no liability for the Client’s ultimate choice of entrustment.

RRA provides the technical documentation and audit data necessary to assist in refuting claims of Negligent Entrustment. However, RRA does not guarantee legal outcomes or the prevention of litigation. The Employer remains the sole ‘Entrusting Authority’ for their fleet.

Technical Benchmark

Our audits measure compliance against our proprietary Advanced Vehicle Dynamics (AVD) standards. These standards are technical benchmarks and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of future performance.

Certification Portability & Driver Sovereignty

A RoadFit™ Certification is a portable professional credential owned by the Driver, not the Employer. A Company may pay for an audit, but payment does not confer ownership of the certification or the Driver’s profile. The credential travels with the Driver and remains valid across different employers until its expiration, as dictated by the RRA Audit Standard.

Recruitment ‘Dating Site’ Rules

RRA’s recruitment marketplace follows a “dating site” model: Drivers control visibility; Companies pay for access. A Driver’s profile is not searchable by Employers unless the Driver has set their status to Public. Companies agree that access to the RRA Driver Database is a privileged, paid service. Fees for ‘Resume Access’ are non-refundable and grant the Employer the right to view a Driver’s full professional history as verified by RRA—only for profiles the Driver has chosen to make visible.

The Audit Firewall

RRA is the final authority on all scores. Audit results are objective technical measurements and cannot be altered by Drivers or Employers.

Accounts & Authorized Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful enterprise purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, audit reports, software, and branding remain the property of RRA or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive limited rights to use deliverables as specified in their service agreement.

Professional Disclosure

RRA does not practice law and does not provide legal advice. See our Safe Harbor Disclosure for additional professional guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Aggregate liability is limited as set forth in the applicable client agreement.
