The RoadFit™ Scoring Matrix
We score candidates on a 1-5 Scale across Technical, Behavioral, and Dynamic dimensions. We aren't looking for "speed"; we are looking for the Physics Mastery and Impulse Control required to manage a vehicle under stress.
- 1 At Risk: Candidate fights physics. Demonstrates impulsive behavior under pressure. Loss of control probable.
- 3 Operator: Compliant with laws but reactive. Lacks technical understanding of tire load. Susceptible to the "Economic Squeeze."
- 5 Driver: Understands advanced vehicle dynamics in theory and practice, demonstrating Predictive Competence.
Critical Risk: Technical skill is high, but behavioral audit shows a high probability of abandoning safety protocols when 5+ minutes behind schedule.
The RoadFit™ Laboratory
We do not conduct dynamic audits in any vehicle engineered to be "Numb." Heavy suspensions and computer-aided damping are designed to mask the truth of physics until it’s too late.
The RRA Audit utilizes a vehicle specifically chosen for its mechanical transparency. In our laboratory, physics cannot be hidden by a computer. We use an unfiltered environment to verify that a driver can actually feel the limit. If they cannot manage the truth in our lab, they cannot be entrusted with your fleet.

A Path to Retention, Not Termination
Our goal is to identify the "Risk Gap." When an audit reveals a Tier 2 or 3 score, we provide the prescriptive path to fix it.
The Florida Driving Academy (FDA) Referral
A "High Risk" score is a diagnosis of specific technical and behavioral deficits. We partner with Florida Driving Academy to provide remedial training based on our physics-first curriculum. Once training is complete, the candidate re-tests to achieve their Verified Competence status.
Disclosure: RoadRisk Analytics (RRA) and Florida Driving Academy (FDA) are affiliated entities under the leadership of President Jim Burns. This affiliation ensures that the remediation curriculum is natively mapped to the AVD physics standard. Clients are free to choose any licensed provider that meets the RRA AVD standard.
