Road Risk Analytics (“RRA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website, client portal, or fleet auditing services.
Driver Sovereignty & Credential Ownership
The RoadFit™ Certification is a portable professional credential owned by the individual Driver—not by any Employer, sponsor, or fleet operator. A Company may pay for an audit or sponsor onboarding, but payment does not transfer ownership of the certification, the underlying audit record, or the Driver’s professional profile. The credential remains the personal property of the Driver and travels with them across employers for the life of the certification term.
Recruitment & Profile Visibility
RRA operates a recruitment model comparable to a professional “dating site”: Drivers control who can see them, and Companies pay for access—not the other way around. Drivers maintain 100% control over profile visibility at all times. A Driver’s profile is private by default; only by actively toggling ‘Public’ status does a Driver consent to allow verified Employers to view their certification level, audit summary, and express interest in their professional services.
Companies do not purchase or acquire Driver data outright. Fees for resume access, database search, and recruitment features grant time-limited viewing rights to profiles that Drivers have chosen to make visible. RRA does not expose private Driver information to Employers without the Driver’s affirmative visibility consent.
Data Custodianship
RRA acts as a custodian of the ‘Truth’ regarding vehicle mastery. We do not sell driver data; we facilitate professional connections based on verified competence.
Security
We utilize enterprise-grade encryption to protect the integrity of the audit trail, ensuring that “Standard of Care” documentation remains tamper-proof.
Information We Collect
We may collect business contact information, account credentials, driver and fleet data submitted for audits, payment and billing details, communications with our team, and technical data such as IP address and browser type required to operate the platform securely.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to deliver auditing services, process transactions, communicate with clients and authorized users, fulfill contractual obligations, maintain platform security, and comply with applicable law.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, as directed by the sponsoring Employer, or as required by contract and law.
